Before you start, take a look at the contents of your redist folder. Everything you need is here:
firmware/ — the Pico firmware (PinscapePico.uf2) and the Build ID files GUIConfigTool uses to check your cabinet. The Bluetooth module firmware is built into the Firmware Update Tool.
tools/ConfigTool/ — Command-line ConfigTool (optional, for scripting)
tools/GUIConfigTool/ — Main configuration GUI (recommended)
tools/VirtuaTilt Wireless - Bluetooth Firmware Update Tool.exe — wireless module firmware updater
tools/DOF-Bluetooth/ — the Bluetooth version of DirectOutput.dll (DOF) for the two DOF Bluetooth profiles, with its README (see DOF / DOFLinx over Bluetooth)
profiles-BT/ — Ready-to-load Bluetooth profiles for each game
profiles-USB/ — Ready-to-load USB profiles for each game
